How Do I Start The Timer On The App

Just click on “add fast” from the home screen to set the easy timer!

 To start a fast from the Home screen, simply tap “Add Fast”.

Or if you have a fast in progress and want to make changes, just click on the green edit pencil next to the timer…

The fasting goal time is displayed at the top of the screen and you can easily adjust the goal time of the fast you are scheduling right here.

The app comes with a default goal time of 16 hours but you can change that anytime to your preferred default by selecting the green edit pencil in the easy set section.
