The Women Who Fast app tracks your intermittent fasting times. The app will also provide information about what could happen during each fasting phase. There is also a library from various sources for additional information about intermittent fasting.
Find fasting information on the app about your current fast.
While the Women Who Fast app tracks your current fast, it’s shown in real-time on the Home screen at the top.
Tap on the timer at the top to expand the details about your fasting progress. There are links for each phase that you can click to view more information.
Tap the status screen again to collapse it.
Note: Tap the edit/pencil icon to the timer’s right to open the Edit Fast screen. You can find more information about how to customize your fasts on the app in this article.

Note that clicking the links on the Status screens takes you to the screens on the Guides menu in the app.
