Workout at home with YouTube in ten minutes or less!
Here are six of my favorite workout from home videos you can finish in ten minutes or less. Schellea Fowler YouTube videos are my go to, but I’ve included two other great trainers as well.
And don’t worry, I’ve included something for everyone. Whether it’s basic stretching, weight lifting (for those pesky batwings), aerobic stepping, or resistance training…I’ve got you covered.

Many of us exercise to accelerate fat burning, and it does work. However, when we exercise we are hopefully building muscle mass along the way.

Morning Stretch To Start The Day
Stay comfy and cool when you workout at home
This calming five-minute workout at home is helpful for anyone in search of a full body stretch. In fact, Schellea Fowler (one of our favorites!) combines breathing and gentle motions to release tension and put the spine through its full range of motions. In my opinion, there’s nothing better than Schellea Fowler stretching exercises. Plus, this is a routine you will look forward to doing again and again.
Also, I’m including a link for workout tanks perfect for stretching and exercising.
Get Rid Of Under Arm Flab
Five minutes and a set of dumbbells is all you need!
This arm workout is specifically for women over 50. But as you’ll see, it’s perfect for any one who wants to lose arm fat. Plus, the exercises are extremely simple but just enough to get a good workout at home over time.
Schellea includes lots of great tips on posture, positivity and how to sneak arm work into your everyday life. In summary, you’ll love Schellea and you’ll love this beginner arm workout.
Increase Your Step Count With A Step Workout
Workout at home with an aerobic stepper
This is a basic aerobic step workout you can do in ten minutes. Plus, after 45 seconds of stepping, you get a 15 second rest between exercises.
If you don’t like a step pattern or you’re getting too tired, just revert to normal stepping. Finally, if you don’t have a step I’ve included a link in the photo to an inexpensive option from Amazon.
Tighten Your Tummy Without Getting On The Floor
Easy alternative to traditional sit ups and crunches
Work out at home while you strengthen your core and work on your abs in ten minutes. And if lying on the floor isn’t your thing, you’re in luck! Because this entire ab workout is done standing up. In conclusion, the workout includes time between ab exercise for light aerobic movement as well. Here’s a link for workout capris in case you need some.
Tone Your Thighs And Glutes In Ten Minutes
Show up with slim legs when you workout at home
This leg workout is perfect to do by itself or add on to another workout. As you’ll see, this workout is designed for any level of ability because YOU control the range of motion for each exercise. Also, Schellea provides 20 seconds of rest between each set to recover in case your legs are burning.
Finally, I’ve included a link to a thick Yoga mat to protect your joints from pain while you slim down your legs.
Resistance Bands Are Ideal When You Workout At Home
Who needs the gym when you have resistance bands?
According to WebMD, resistance training has the same benefits as strength training without needing a gym. So as long as you have bands that can put tension on your muscles, you can do resistance training.
This video will work the whole body in ten minutes. That’s right, you’ll be toning your arms, sculpting your legs, and working your core abdominal muscles. Definitely use a resistance band with handles that includes intervals of 45 seconds of exercise and 15 seconds of rest.
It really can’t get much easier than this, right? Because we usually always have ten minutes a day. Plus, we can do it at home, at work, at the park…anywhere. And you know you will feel SO good just by moving around a little bit. Best of luck!
